Having led large, multicultural sales teams at world-leading corporations including Oracle, IBM, and Tata Unisys, Yatin has built a reputation as an architect of growth, consistently delivering results in highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets.

Throughout his career, Yatin has been drawn to high-growth opportunities within the software product space. Whether tasked with kick-starting new sales teams from scratch, unlocking new geographies, or propelling established businesses into their next orbit of growth, he has approached each challenge with strategic clarity and an unwavering commitment to execution. After more than 33 years in corporate leadership, Yatin co-founded Lyncbiz Corporation, a venture dedicated to helping product and services startups define go-to-market and sales strategies tailored to the Indian marketspace. Yatin also serves as Co-Founder and Director of Visionary Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, which operates in the HealthTech domain including Petzzco, a Pet Life Cycle Management platform. In parallel, he founded Thinkstrat Global LLP, a premier IT consulting firm with a passion for transforming businesses through innovative solutions and strategic guidance.
